1 Where are you from?

I’m originally from South Korea, and later moved to Vancouver. Now I am based in Saskatoon.

2 What were you doing before pursuing RMT?

With 7+ years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach, I developed a strong passion for movement, recovery, and well-being—which led me to pursue massage therapy.

3 Why do you want to be an RMT?

I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel and function at their best. After years in the fitness industry, I saw how powerful massage therapy can be for recovery, pain management, and overall health. Becoming an RMT gives me the opportunity to take a more hands-on role in helping others live healthier, more active lives.

4 Do you speak fluently any languages other than English?
